Carol is the cold type women, she is is oddly silent and serious in most circumstances. However, she is shown to only talk when the need arises, rarely speaking directly for the sake of it. In spite of this, however, if Carol does talk out of ordinary circumstances, it is generally about something she believes is necessary for someone to know, or to correct somebody when needed. The main reason for her introverted personality is due to her emotions being locked up when she was made contract with Hell Girl.In the other hand, Carol has a kind heart and caring to people that close to her. She sometimes prioritize other's before herself.

At first, young Carol never knew that she was a Hell Girl Reincarnation, and lived happily just like the other child. But this condition were last until her last year in her elementary time. 5th grade Carol were knowing for the first time that she possesed with Hell Girl.That time, she flet extremely sick in her whole head, but not leading into any deseases. Going bak home, Carol couldn't do anything nor told her parents about this. She really didn't want this to ruin her whole happy family, so she kept on this.After her graduate and became a junior high student, her dizziness often came out routinely; once in half and one month. This situation made her stressed about her place. Searching for a help, and she came to a fortune-teller to helped her solved this. Meanwhile, her school contcted her parents and told them about he desease. And back again, her parents never knew about Carol's desease even they took her to a hospital.At the same time, Carol received some bully from her friends saying that she like to used her disease as an excuse to skip class. Leading young Carol to accidentally hurt one of her bullier got some treatment from Hospital. This situation made her friends avoiid her, scaring of her mysterious power. Feel more stressed out, Carol asked the paranormal to shout out her power and then she meet the Hell Girl who's been inside her since her arrival in world. But, young Carol still didn't want to make contract with Hell Girl because of her shocked.

After graduating from her junior high, Carol's parents decided to move from America. Couldn't bearing to what happened to their only child, and set up to live in Scotland and started a new live there.By this, Carol lost her meet to the usual paranormal as they've build a friendship-chemistry. But they never stopped contact each other, especially when Carol's desease relapse.Starting her new journey, Carol decided to lock up her past within her emotion. She locked up her heart from her very first day at school untill her graduate. This made her has a few friends only.As the time goes on, Carol learn that to heal this desease that pop up once in the month was to make contract with the Hell Girl itself and let the Hell Girl live inside with her soul. But she's too scared and need three years to made up her mind ...
